As a certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years of experience encompassing the financial world as well as real estate investments, Aviv has the rare professional acumen needed to bring about long-term stability and success.
As Saar Management CEO, he established the company’s activities in the US and has guided its expansion to become one of the most well-known property management firms in the South East Coast area. Aviv currently oversees a staff of around 25 professionals who are responsible for some 1,000 properties throughout South and North Florida. He is also a recognized management expert in the South East Coast property market.
In his role as Nathan Holdings Managing Director, Aviv focuses on locating new profit-yielding opportunities while also maintaining strong professional relationships with key players, including brokers, financial institutions, and more.
